Once you have decided on your package, please contact me below so I can send you a welcome pack and learn more about your needs.

We will go through a short discovery process to learn more about you
I will email you a welcome pack with all the information that you need in preparation for your first session. The pack contains a client agreement and an 'about you' form. The two forms will need to be returned before the first session along with your payment. Payment details including payment plan options are included in the welcome pack. Coaching can be claimed as a business expense and as professional development for tax purposes.
I will contact you to arrange your first session
Once I have received your completed forms I will contact you and arrange your first coaching session. You will then receive a confirmation email with the contact details.

Individual one to one coaching package

Coaching is for you if are feeling overwhelmed at work, struggle to say no, feeling like there is never enough time, have no time for your own self-care. You might be thinking about changing your job or wanting to develop into a leadership role. Maybe you feel that you don’t have enough experience to apply for a promotion or maybe you struggle with interviews. Often people talk about things in coaching that they have never told anyone. Coaching is a safe and confidential non-judgemental space to work on whatever it is that you want my help with.

Coaching can be tailored to suit you. I offer three, six and twelve-month packages

Resilient you: Individual package

This package is for you if you want a deeper understanding of your personal resilience through assessment and coaching

You will get:

  1. An individualised resilience assessment and strengths-based report
  2. A personal workbook to help you set goals around the areas that you want to work on
  3. Four 1:1 individual coaching sessions over zoom with me to work on developing your actions to achieve your goals
  4. Access to my closed Facebook group

How will this help me?

This package will help you to understand your own personal levels of resilience and to be able to see areas that might be depleting your levels of resilience.

You will have an understanding of how to maintain a healthy work-life balance

Have an action plan that you can work on beyond the coaching sessions

Leadership and 360 assessment

I work intensively with an exclusive number of senior nurse leaders and executives each year supporting your leadership growth and development.

This package is for you if you are an executive nurse or aspiring to become an executive leader. You might be new to your role and want to build your confidence in your leadership abilities.

This is a six to twelve-month coaching commitment to work with me exclusively on a one to one basis.

Global Leadership 360 Assessment

I am certified as a Global Leader Assessment coach (GLA 360) with the Global Coaching Group. If you are looking to know more your strengths as a leader and areas to develop, the GLA 360 Leadership assessment  is a global evidence based and validated assessment. Is it worth investing in coaching?

You might be thinking that to engage a coach is extravagant?

As Nurses we tend to put everyone else first and ourselves last. I invite you to think about the last time that you invested just one hour of your time in your busy week, just for you? It is honestly the most valuable thing that you can do for yourself.

Self- Care

How often as nurses do we invest in ourselves especially around our own self-care as caregivers? Did you know that good self-care helps to increase our resilience at work? You have to put your own oxygen mask on first before you can effectively help others!

Nurses and coaching

My personal mission to make coaching accessible to nurses everywhere. Traditionally coaching has been something that only executives have been able to experience. I want to change this. Why? Because I know that Coaching makes a difference to a nurse leaving the profession through burnout or to a leader feeling like they are an imposter, with no one to turn to for fear of feeling a failure. We tend to promote great clinical nurses but then don't always support their transition into the role. This is where coaching really does make a difference. I know because I have walked a mile or two in these shoes.

Resilience is defined by Kathryn MCEwen as “an individual’s capacity to manage the everyday stress of work and remain healthy, rebound and learn from unexpected setbacks and prepare for future challenges proactively”. There are four domains of resilience Physical health, Self-Management, Adaptability and Proactivity.

As a resilience coach I use the R@W individual tool which is a scientifically researched measure of personal workplace resilience measuring 7 components that interrelate and contribute to overall resilience. The individual report that you will receive will provide you with comprehensive feedback that is easily translated into actions through coaching.

The cost of the assessment is included in the cost of the coaching package.

Senior nurses have not historically had access to a tool that assesses their individual personal resilience and coaching. This approach can help nurses identify which areas of their personal resilience can be supported and helps them to deal with workplace issues in a way that doesn’t impact on their health and stress levels.

Yes, it doesn’t matter where in the world you live, you can be coached via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.

You will have access to a closed facebook group that provides a supportive community for nurses. You will receive my Friday take five newsletters with 5 quick reads for the week ahead. You can become a resilience buddy or be supported by a resilience buddy.
